1. Who We Are

Tri Lece Movers LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a moving company based in Clearwater, Florida, serving Pinellas County. This policy describes what we collect through our website quote forms, booking, payments, and analytics, why we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how to reach us.

2. Information We Collect

• Quote & booking forms: name, email, phone, pickup/delivery addresses, move date, home size, inventory, access notes, and photos you upload for an estimate.
• Contract records: the signed estimate/contract, the document version and timestamp accepted, and your electronic signature.
• Payments: we do not store full card numbers. Payment is handled by our payment processor; we retain only the authorization result and, where applicable, the last four digits.
• Communications: the content of emails, texts, or calls you send us, and your contact preferences.
• Analytics: aggregated, de-identified usage data (pages viewed, device type) from our analytics provider. We do not use this to identify you personally.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Prepare estimates and contracts and perform your move;
• Send service confirmations, reminders, and updates about your move;
• Process payments and maintain records required by Florida moving law;
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support; and
• Send marketing only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Vendors We Share With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help run our business, under contract:

• App platform & database (Base44) — hosts our website, forms, and customer records;
• Payment processor — handles card transactions;
• Email & notifications provider — sends quotes, confirmations, and reminders;
• Analytics provider — provides aggregated site-usage reports;
• Moving crews & contractors — receive only what is needed to perform your move; and
• Law enforcement — when required by law.

5. Retention

We keep quote, contract, and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal recordkeeping requirements, and afterward only as long as needed for disputes or legal compliance. You may ask us to delete records that are no longer required, subject to any legal obligation to retain them.

6. Security & Breach Notice

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information in electronic form. If a breach of security affects your personal information, we will notify affected individuals without unreasonable delay and no later than 30 days after determining a breach occurred, and notify the Florida Department of Legal Affairs where required. 7. Cookies & Tracking

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work without them.

8. SMS / Text Message Consent

We may send you text messages regarding your move, estimate, or booking (transactional messages). Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Marketing text messages, if we send any, require your separate explicit consent and are not a condition of receiving a quote or booking. Providing your phone number constitutes consent to receive transactional messages related to your inquiry.

9. Your Rights & Contact Preferences
